This sorta happened, but in a different way.

So Chandler and I decided to play through the original Halo together since neither of us had ever done it before. It led to some very comical moments and inside jokes, unfortunately, most of them would not transfer well into comic form. This one did though...I hope.

We were both quite disappointed with the game, with all the jazz about it, we were expecting much better. Unfortunately what we got was super poor and lazy level design (come on, most of the levels were run through twice and many of the rooms were duplicates of each other.) We got horrible sound (Cortana should not be telling us important information whilst our guns are a' blazin') And we got mostly useless AI (some was good)
I will admit that the music was good and the graphics were good for their time. But the story was useless and poorly told and could've been more epic and exciting. (why am i suddenly killing zombies now?) And *spoiler* that retarded little C-3P0 ripoff robot thing survived *end spoiler* Overall, we both agreed that a 7 out of 10 was an appropriate score for the game. (I'll give a 7.1 'cuz I like the little covenant guys.) Next up, we'll try Halo 2, hopefully it'll be better 'cuz the first one wouldn't have warranted a 300 dollar price tag at the Xbox launch.

Now, Halo and Microsoft fanboys defend yourselves! Tell me why Halo 1 was so great. And don't say the multiplayer 'cuz that's meh too, I prefer Goldeneye for the 64 over it.
